(A) Off-premise wall signs are prohibited.
(B) Off-premise free-standing signs are prohibited, except that businesses and public buildings located within the corporate limits may have one free standing off-premise vacant lot sign. The total area of such a free-standing sign shall not exceed 36 square feet with no more than 18 square feet on any flat surface.
(C) Only one off-premise sign will be allowed on any vacant lot, and not within 50 feet of another off-premise sign.
(D) Off-premise signs shall not exceed 15 feet in height.
(E) Off-premise signs shall not extend across the property line into public right-of-way.
