(A) The following schedule of fees and charges shall be paid to the city when any plat is tendered to the Planning and Zoning Commission or any other authorized board or agency of the city. Each of the fees and charges provided herein shall be paid in advance, and no action of the Planning and Zoning Commission or any other board or agency shall be valid until the fee or fees have been paid to the officer designated therein.
(B) (1) The City Manager, his or her deputies or assistants, shall calculate the fees and charges in accordance with the following schedule:
Preliminary plat | $100 per plat, plus $4 per lot; engineering fees and any other additional expenses |
Final plat | $150 plus $5 per lot; engineering fees and any other additional expenses |
For approval of multiple dwelling areas, commercial or industrial areas not subdivided into lots, both preliminary and final plats shall carry a fee of $200 per acre per plat, plus engineering fees and any other additional expenses | |
Mobile homes and recreational parks for locating mobile homes and recreational vehicles | |
Preliminary plats | $100 per acre, plus engineering fees and any other additional expenses |
Final plats | $150 per acre, plus engineering fees and any other additional expenses |
(2) These fees shall be charged on all plats, regardless of the action taken by the Planning and Zoning Commission and whether the plat is approved or denied by the City Commission.
