Within 30 days of acceptance of the subdivision, the Engineer for the developer shall submit to the Inspection Department a complete set of drawings of the paving, drainage, water and sewage improvements showing all changes made in the plans during construction and containing on each sheet an as-built stamp bearing the signature of the Engineer and the date. In addition, one reproducible drawing of the utility plan sheets, containing the as-built information shall be submitted.
