§ 30.09 ELECTION PROCLAMATION POSTED.
   The City Secretary or the City Marshal or Chief of Police or a deputy sheriff of the county shall post a properly executed copy of the election proclamation and notice at the place(s) where the election is to be held. The notice shall be posted 30 days before the date of the election.
