(A) Easements across lots on rear or side lot lines shall be provided for utilities when necessary and shall be at least 15 feet wide.
(B) Where a subdivision is bounded by a water course, drainage way, channel or stream, there shall be provided a storm water easement or drainage right-of-way conforming substantially to the lines of the water course, or of a width to provide for any future anticipated construction, plus ten feet on each side.
