(A) Recapture and encourage industrial, tourist trade and motel facilities to locate in a progressive and sound city. Consider non-tax devices and benefits on major industries that provide a sizeable portion of the income of the city’s resident.
(B) Provide those facilities as proposed in orderly fashion as the picture stabilizes itself.
(C) Re-examine and update periodically this Master Plan.
(D) Devise a detailed public improvements program when present indebtedness is at a level of actual improvement realization.
(E) Encourage adoption of adequate codes and ordinances in neighboring communities to prevent mutual problems from arising at a future date.
(F) Encourage more local participation and understanding of the goals of the city.
(G) Prepare detailed studies and plans in connection with hurricane protection, seaweed control and spoil bank-sand blowing prevention.
(H) All maps, charts, schedules, figures and other data including, but not limited to, the proposed ordinances which have been submitted in a separate volume embodying the text of this Master Plan shall be considered a part of this chapter as if the same were reproduced and set out herein.
