§ 154.20 PROHIBITION.
   (A)   Generally. No person shall move any structure within the city limits without first obtaining a permit from the Building Department.
   (B)   Exception. Manufactured homes may be moved by State Department of Transportation licensed movers under Tex. Revised Civil Statutes Title 116, Article 6701 1/2.
