§ 152.99 PENALTY.
   Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter, or any provision of any rule or regulation adopted pursuant to this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
