§ 151.99 PENALTY.
   Any person who shall fail to have performed an asbestos survey as defined herein under the circumstances when required herein under §§ 151.02 and 151.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more that $1,000.
