§ 151.06 CONDUCTED AND COST.

Any asbestos survey required herein shall be conducted by an asbestos inspector licensed by the state. The cost of the asbestos survey under §§ 151.02 and 151.03 shall be borne by the person seeking the permit. The cost of the asbestos survey under § 151.04 shall be borne by the seller or lessor.
