§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Dangerous buildings and structures.
      (1)   The owner of any unsafe building or dangerous building who shall fail to comply with any notice or order to repair, vacate or demolish the building or structure, the notice or order given by the authority of the Board of Adjustment, or the City Manager, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
      (2)   An occupant or lessee in possession of any unsafe building or dangerous building who fails to comply with any notice or order to vacate the building and fails to repair the building in accordance with an order given by the City Manager shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
      (3)   Any person removing the notice of a dangerous building as provided for in § 150.24(E) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
      (4)   The violation of any provision of §§ 150.20 through 150.29 shall be unlawful and a misdemeanor offense punishable by a fine not exceeding $2,000. Each day a violation of §§ 150.20 through 150.29 continues shall constitute a separate offense.
