§ 133.01 DISPLAY OF SIGNS ON UTILITY POLES.

It shall be unlawful for any person to tack, paste or in any manner attach any sign, notice, bill or other advertising matter to any telegraph, telephone or electric light pole or fire hydrant in the city.
