(A) Firearms. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 132.01 and 132.02 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine of not more than $200 for each violation hereof and each separate discharge or firing of any kind of firearm shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Concealed handguns. Any violation of the provisions contained in § 132.15 shall, upon conviction, be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.
