§ 116.07 DAILY MANIFEST.
   (A)   Each taxicab, limousine and shuttle bus owner shall provide its drivers with forms, approved by the Inspector of Taxicabs, for maintaining a daily manifest. The forms must include appropriate spaces for recording the following information:
      (1)   Taxicab, limousine or shuttle bus number, driver’s names, state driver’s license number, date, hours of operation, total miles, paid miles, units, trips and extras;
      (2)   Number of passengers and amount of fare and other charges;
      (3)   Time and place of destination of each trip; and
      (4)   Other information required by the Taxicab Inspector to aid in the discharge of his or her duties.
   (B)   Each driver shall complete a separate manifest for each tour of duty. The driver shall provide the information required by the form and shall record the information with regard to trips at the end of each trip. The driver shall return completed forms to the taxicab, limousine or shuttle bus owner for safekeeping.
   (C)   All records and reports, driver’s manifests and other data prescribed to be maintained and kept under this chapter shall be preserved by the taxicab owner in a safe place for not less than two years after the date initially submitted and all records shall be available for inspection and copying at any time upon request of the Inspector of Taxicabs.
