§ 115.04 EXCEPTIONS.
   It is specifically provided herein that §§ 115.02 and 115.03 hereinabove shall not apply to proscribed activity being conducted within the confines of a private home so long as the same does not constitute a public nuisance, a public disturbance and is further not conducted for profit or in aid of profit.
