§ 114.04 VACANT PROPERTY PROHIBITION.

It shall be unlawful for any person or entity to conduct any business or commercial activity upon or from unimproved vacant property within the town. No business or commercial use may be conducted from any property that does not have permanent improvements, parking, sanitation and meet other requirements of the building and zoning codes of the city.
