(A) The annual fee for permits and conditional use permits issued under this section shall be $25 per year.
(B) Permits and conditional use permits shall expire one year from the date granted and may be renewed without additional hearings, subject to the provisions of this section, by completing the renewal form described by the Building Code Enforcement Department and paying the annual permit fee. Failure to timely apply for renewal, and/or failure to pay for the annual permit or conditional use permit, shall be grounds for revocation of a permit or a conditional use permit.
