§ 113.05 INSPECTIONS.

There may be one annual inspection for each year by the Chief Building Official covered by a permit or conditional use permit. In addition, the Chief Building Official or his or her designee, shall have the right at any reasonable time, upon reasonable request, to enter and inspect the premises covered by the permit for safety and compliance purposes.
