§ 113.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   HOME OCCUPATION. Any business or commercial activity that is conducted or petitioned to be conducted from property that is zoned for residential use.
   HOME OCCUPATION CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT. A permit authorized by the City Commission only after a public hearing by the Zoning Commission.
   HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT. A permit issued for home occupation that is authorized by this chapter without hearing.
