When a food service establishment or retail food store upon inspection receives a rating score of less than 70, the food service establishment or retail food store shall initiate corrective action on all identified violations within 24 hours and shall complete them within 72 hours unless a written extension is given by the Health Officer. One or more reinspections will be conducted at reasonable time intervals to verify corrections. In the case of mobile food units and temporary food service establishments all violations shall be corrected within 24 hours. If violations are not corrected within 24 hours, the establishment or unit shall immediately cease food service operations until authorized to resume by the Health Department.
