§ 112.22 RECORD OF PERMIT HOLDERS AND REPORTS.
   Files shall be kept by the Health Department of the city of all establishments who hold a permit under this subchapter. The file shall include the permit application, permit copy or receipt, all inspection reports, all other reports and all other documents related to the operation and requirements of this subchapter.
