The annual permit fee to be paid by each applicant shall be as follows:
For each establishment having one and not more than 2 employees, annually | $25 |
For each establishment having at least 2 but not more than 5 employees, annually | $50 |
For each establishment having at least 6 but not more than 10 employees, annually | $100 |
For each establishment having more than 10 but not more than 20 employees, annually | $200 |
For each establishment having more than 20 but not more than 30 employees, annually | $300 |
For each establishment having more than 30 employees, annually | $400 |
For each temporary food establishment, a 14 day fee | $100 |
For each mobile food unit, an annual fee | $100 |
For each roadside food vendor, an annual fee | $100 |
