§ 112.21 PERMIT FEES.
   The annual permit fee to be paid by each applicant shall be as follows:
 
For each establishment having one and not more than 2 employees, annually
$25
For each establishment having at least 2 but not more than 5 employees, annually
$50
For each establishment having at least 6 but not more than 10 employees, annually
$100
For each establishment having more than 10 but not more than 20 employees, annually
$200
For each establishment having more than 20 but not more than 30 employees, annually
$300
For each establishment having more than 30 employees, annually
$400
For each temporary food establishment, a 14 day fee
$100
 
 
For each mobile food unit, an annual fee
$100
For each roadside food vendor, an annual fee
$100
