§ 112.17 PERMIT REQUIRED; ROADSIDE FOOD VENDING PROHIBITED.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a food service establishment or retail food store within the city without a valid permit issued to him or her by the Health Department of the city.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate as a roadside food vendor within the city.
