The laws of the state and the Rules of the State Department of Health governing food service sanitation and retail food store sanitation, as now existing and as may be amended or changed hereafter, are hereby adopted and made a part of this subchapter as if fully set out herein, and the provisions thereof shall govern all matters covered herein within the city. The provisions of this subchapter are in addition to state laws and rules governing food service sanitation and retail food store sanitation.
