In addition to the criminal enforcement provided herein, the City Attorney or his or her designee may enforce the provisions of this subchapter through any and all civil remedies available. In that event, persons, against whom enforcement is sought and against whom civil remedies are granted, shall be jointly and severally liable for all damages, court costs, attorney's fees and all costs and expenses reasonably related to the civil enforcement action.
