§ 112.02 MOBILE FOOD UNITS PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a mobile food unit within the city. Any person currently operating a mobile food unit with a valid food service establishment permit and a valid mobile food unit license shall be allowed to continue in operation until the expiration date of the mobile food unit license.
