§ 111.16 VIOLATION OF LAW.

   It shall be unlawful:

   (A)   For any person to operate a carnival without first obtaining a permit from the city;

   (B)   For any applicant to make a false or misleading statement in the application for a permit;

   (C)   For any applicant to submit false or misleading materials required to be submitted with the application; and

   (D)   For any applicant to fail to abide by the terms of this chapter or any city regulation for carnivals.
