(A) In the event of:
(1) Any threat, act of violence or injury to a patron or other person on or nearby the permitted location;
(2) Any theft of, damage to or trespass upon any patron's or other person's property located on or nearby the permitted location; or
(3) Any false, misleading, deceptive, act or practice conducted upon a patron by any person associated with the carnival activities, the applicant shall immediately report the same to the Police Chief.
(B) After investigation by the Police Chief of any event described in division (A) above, the Police Chief with the concurrence of the City Manager may amend the applicant's permit to modify or exclude one or more of the carnival activities, including the right to exclude certain persons associated with the carnival operation from the permitted location.
(C) In the event the applicant fails or refuses to comply with the modification or exclusion of one or more carnival activities as allowed in division (B) above, the City Manager may revoke the applicant's permit.
(D) In the event any carnival activity or any person employed by or associated with the carnival violates the provisions of this chapter or the city regulations for carnivals, the City Manager may revoke the applicant's permit.
