Prior to the initiation of operation of the carnival, the electrical connections, wiring and outlets shall be inspected by a licensed electrician approved by the City Building Official to minimize danger of electrocution, fire, short circuit or any other electrical problem. The applicant shall be responsible for retaining the services of the licensed electrician and for paying the licensed electrician for the inspection.
