§ 111.10 SANITARY FACILITIES.
   The carnival shall furnish a sufficient number of toilet facilities for all patrons and employees, as determined by the Health Inspector. The toilet facilities shall be regularly cleaned and acceptable for use by a person of ordinary sensibilities.
