Upon submission of the application to the City Secretary, the applicant shall tender a nonrefundable application processing fee in the amount of $100. Upon approval of the application and prior to issuance of the permit, the applicant shall tender a nonrefundable permit fee in the amount of $50 per day of permitted activity.
