§ 103.15 DISMISSAL OF PROCEEDINGS UPON COMMENCEMENT OF TRIAL.
   If a complaint has been filed with the Chairperson under the provisions of this chapter and if the complainant shall have initiated a court proceeding in a federal or state court upon a similar complaint arising out of the same transaction, when the court proceeding shall come to trial, the proceedings under this chapter shall be dismissed.
