(A) In the event the contractor undertakes work based on plans prepared by the designated department, all detour and barricading requirements will be inserted as part of the construction plans.
(B) In this situation, the contractor's acceptance of the construction project will serve as indication that he or she understands the layout and is responsible subject to the penalties established in the attached Manual.
