§ 100.51 LITTLE LEAGUE ASSOCIATION.
   (A)   No fee shall be charged to the Port Isabel Little League Association for its use of the city baseball park.
   (B)   During the entire day or night in which the Little League Association is using the city baseball park, regardless of whether it is also being used by the Port Isabel Adult Softball League, the Little League Association shall have the right to operate the concession area and pay all expenses and retain all revenues earned during the time.
