§ 100.23 SIGNS TO BE POSTED.
   The city shall post signs in the city parks at open and obvious locations which contain the hours in which the parks are closed and also contain notice that entry upon city park property during the hours in which the parks are closed without a permit is a violation of this subchapter subject to imposition of the fine listed herein.
