§ 100.22 CITY DOCK EXCEPTION.
   (A)   If any organized activity other than an organized sports activity anticipates that it might remain on a city park premise beyond the closing hour, the representative of the activity will be required to obtain an extended hour permit which will allow those individuals involved in the activity to remain on the premises of the city park one additional hour beyond the closing hour for that evening. The City Secretary shall have the authority to issue the permit. The fee for the permit shall be $ . Each additional evening shall require a separate permit.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for anyone to enter upon the premises of any city park except the city dock during the hours in which the parks are closed except in those instances listed in § 100.21 and division (A) above.
