SECTION 12.10 HAZARDOUS AREAS.

The City shall have the power to require all structures built in a hazardous area as defined by the Federal Emergency Management Agency to meet the requirements of said Federal Emergency Management Agency regarding height and other regulations issued, and as the same may be amended.
