(A) Fire zone limits for Fire Zone Number One. The following shall be and are hereby declared to be the limits of Fire Zone Number One:
Beginning at the intersection of the northerly property line and the City Limits Line, City of Port Isabel, Cameron County, Texas, of Block No, 73 and thence in a westerly direction along Maxan Street and the northerly property lines of Blocks 73, 56, and 47, to the northwesterly corner of Block 47; thence in a southerly direction along the westerly property line of Block 47 to the southwesterly corner of Block 47; thence in an easterly direction along Powers Street and the southerly property lines of Blocks 47, 56, and 73 to the intersection of the City Limits Line; and thence in a northerly direction with the meanders of the City Limits Line to the point of beginning.
(B) Fire zone limits for Fire Zone Number Two. The following shall be and are hereby declared to be the limits of Fire Zone Number Two:
Beginning at the intersection of the City Limits Line, City of Port Isabel and the northerly property line of Block 72 and thence in a westerly direction along Houston Street and the northerly property lines of Blocks 72, 59, 46, 33, 20, 6, City Park, 122, and 124 to the northwesterly corner of Block 124; thence in a southerly direction along with the westerly property lines of Blocks 124 and 125 to the southwesterly corner of Block 125; thence in an easterly direction along with the southerly property lines of Blocks 125, 121, 120, 8, 22, 35, 48, 60, and 74 to the southeasterly corner of Block 74; thence in a northerly direction along the easterly property line of Block 74 to its intersection with the City Limits Line; thence in a northerly direction along with the meanders of the City Limits Line to the point of beginning. The area of Fire Zone Number One is to be excepted from Fire Zone Number Two and each are to be regulated by their building restrictions herein after designated.
