§ 96.04 ESTABLISHMENT OF LIMITS OF DISTRICTS IN WHICH STORAGE OF EXPLOSIVES AND BLASTING AGENTS, STORAGE OF FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS IN OUTSIDE ABOVEGROUND TANKS AND BULK STORAGE OF LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GASES IS TO BE RESTRICTED.

   The limits referred to in § 53b of the code hereby adopted as the limits of the District in which the storage of explosives and blasting agents is prohibited are hereby established as and the same are, the corporate limits of the city. The limits referred to in § 74a of the code hereby adopted in which storage of all liquids in outside aboveground tanks is prohibited are hereby established as all areas within the corporate limits of the city zoned other than H-1 (Light Industrial) or H-1 (Heavy Industrial) by zoning regulations of this city. The limits referred to in § 114 of the code hereby adopted, in which bulk storage of liquified petroleum gas is restricted are hereby established as and the same as the corporate limits of the city.
