There is hereby adopted for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for a standard fire prevention code known as the Standard Fire Prevention Code published by Southern Building Code Congress International Inc., being particularly the 1976 edition thereof, of which a copy has been filed in the office of the City Secretary, and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein, and the provisions thereof shall be controlling for all buildings and structures.
