§ 95.18 PROTECTION OF WATERWAYS.
   (A)   The permittee shall maintain all natural and artificial waterways within the city during the course of construction or excavation.
   (B)   In regard thereto, the permittee shall make provisions to eliminate all surplus water, silt, slickings or other run-off pumped from the excavation site and shall be responsible for any damage resulting from its failure to so do.
