§ 94.08 CHARGES BY THE CITY.
   (A)   A statement of expenses shall be prepared by the city for expenses incurred in remedying an unlawful property condition and the statement shall be mailed to the owner and occupant. The charges shall be due and paid no later than 30 days from the date of mailing of the city's statement of expenses.
   (B)   The charges for remedying an unlawful condition shall be calculated by the Finance Director and shall be based on the cost to the city plus an administrative and processing fee of 40% of the cost, plus applicable taxes. The minimum charge shall be $100, plus applicable taxes.
   (C)   The charges for collection of garbage in or near the alley of a premises which has accumulated, due to the discontinuation of garbage collection service or due to the failure to apply and pay for garbage collection service, shall be $50 per collection, regardless of whether the collection is by city personnel or the city's regularly scheduled garbage collection service provider.
