§ 93.15 DEPOSIT AND USE OF FUNDS.
   The city, through its Finance Director, shall deposit all funds paid for gravesites and other charges in a special cemetery fund. These funds shall be invested and reinvested in accounts, securities and institutions as are authorized by the laws of the state and not inconsistent with the city's investment policy.
