SECTION 7.02 PLANNING COMMISSION.
   The City Commission shall have the authority to appoint a City Planning Commission in accordance with the general laws of the State of Texas as provided for in Article 1011a through 1911j of the Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas of 1925, as now or hereafter amended.
