§ 93.08 RECORDS OF INTERMENT.
   At the time of the burial of a person in a gravesite, the person who has arranged for the opening of the grave shall notify the city of the burial and shall provide the name and other identifying information of the person buried. The information, including the date the remains are interred, shall be recorded by the city in a permanent record. The names of the deceased shall be kept in alphabetical order and cross-referenced to gravesite number and location.
