§ 93.02 ESTABLISHMENT OF CITY CEMETERY.
   The city hereby establishes a municipal cemetery to be known as the city cemetery. The cemetery shall be located on the property described on Exhibit 1 attached to Ordinance 662 hereto and incorporated by reference as if set forth verbatim herein.
