§ 93.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   FUNERAL DIRECTOR. The person which has been engaged to conduct a funeral. If no person has been engaged to conduct the funeral, then the owner of the gravesite shall be the FUNERAL DIRECTOR. If the owner of the gravesite is deceased, then the next-of-kin or person designated by law or authorized directive shall be the FUNERAL DIRECTOR.
   INTERMENT. The burial of human remains in the earth within the area of a particular gravesite.
   MEMORIAL. Any monument, marker, tablet or name plate upon a gravesite for the purpose of identification or in memory of a deceased person.
   PERSON. Includes any individual, partnership, corporation, company, venture, association, trust, estate, foundation, institution, organization, group, governmental agency or subdivision, and any other entity recognized by law as the subject of rights and duties whether operated for profit or not for profit.
