SECTION 6.03 STYLE OF ORDINANCES.
   The style of all ordinances of the City of Port Isabel shall be "BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PORT ISABEL" but the same may be omitted when published in book or pamphlet form by the City of Port Isabel.
