(A) All streets of the Modern Venice Subdivision, including Island Avenue, shall be subject to this restriction.
(B) The term
PARK or PARKING means to halt an occupied or unoccupied vehicle, other than temporarily while loading or unloading property or passengers. The term VEHICLE means a device that can be used to transport or draw persons or property on a street. The term VEHICLE includes trailers or any device designed to be drawn by a vehicle.
(C) Parking on Island Avenue shall be prohibited.
(D) Parking on Tarpon Avenue, Pompano Avenue, Bass Avenue, Trout Avenue and Harbor Island Drive and all other public streets in the Modern Venice Subdivision other than Island Avenue shall be restricted to one side of the street. Where not otherwise prohibited in this restriction or state law, parking is prohibited where indicated by sign or painted curb. All parking shall be with the right-hand wheels of the vehicle parallel to and within 12 inches of the right-hand curb or edge of the street.
(E) Parking on the street within ten feet of a mailbox between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, shall be prohibited.
(F) Parking which blocks or interferes with normal vehicular access to private driveways shall be prohibited.
(G) Parking which blocks access to garbage receptacles or parking which interferes with the regularly scheduled collection of garbage from garbage receptacles shall be prohibited.
(H) Any violation of this schedule shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $200.
