(A) No motor vehicles shall be allowed to operate on those areas known as Washington Park and Laguna Madre Park.
(B) A person commits an offense if the person operates a motor vehicle on those areas known as Washington Park and Laguna Madre Parks in violation of this schedule.
(C) Those areas known as Washington Park and Laguna Madre Park shall be tow-away zones. Any vehicles in violation of division (B) of this schedule shall be subject to being towed away at the expense of the owner of the towed motor vehicle. The city shall post signs informing the public of the tow-away zone.
